Regional Account Manager

In the Regional Account Manager role you will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with larger independent retail Stores, as well as managing head office relationships with some National Accounts.

The Regional Sales team is a core part of the Dyson Benelux Sales Department. The Regional Account Manager drives product sales and builds awareness of the Dyson brand within strategic regional retail partners, and some National Accounts.
Regionally based, you will work closely with your National Account Manager, and Retail Execution team to ensure that the Dyson sales strategy is delivered in your region. You will also own the head office commercial relationships with some National Accounts. A big part of your role will be to identify sales opportunities using data captured by retail partners, and develop both short and long term goals to increase sales across your retail customers. You will take ownership of all Joint Business Planning with your retail partners, and devise customer-centric strategies to build sustainable and profitable relationships. As the Regional Account Manager, a big part of your role will be focused on the training and engagement of your retail partners. You take ownership of product training with everyone from sales associates to store managers to drive technical capability and advocacy at store level.
You will come from a successful Regional Account or National Accounts background within consumer goods, or technology background. You will also be hands-on and not afraid to get stuck in at all levels across a variety of projects. You must be commercially astute, have a track record of P&L management, and a track record of creating profitable relationships for both you and your retailer. The ability to build strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally is key to success in this role. You must also be confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
