Dyson is rapidly expanding; in its new and core categories, and across all of its global markets. The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet. By 2020, we'll be hitting £4 billion in revenue. We'll have brought in 5,000 more people. And we'll have launched a further four brand new product categories. With this pace of growth, these ambitious plans, and the complexities of global expansion, it is natural that Dyson is now thinking about the best ways to organise itself and manage its exciting new product ranges to best effect.
The successful person will be responsible for driving sales value growth and brand awareness across Greater London, by building brand advocacy and strong relationships with our retailer colleagues in store.
Where we demonstrate, we win. You will lead a team of Dyson Demonstrators in-store, motivating, coaching and ensuring the compliance strategy is executed. There is a requirement to work at least two weekends in any four-week period.
Proven sales background within a Retail or B2C environment. Experience of working to and exceeding targets. A skilled negotiator with brilliant presentation skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading others, building relationships and solving problems. Commercially-minded, you'll enjoy having big strategic conversations as well as getting stuck in to make things happen, and you'll be comfortable thinking on your feet and finding your own path. Previous experience of managing or leading a team would be advantageous.
