Regional Development Manager - Midlands and Central England

Dyson is rapidly expanding;in its new and core categories. The next four years are going to be our biggest and busiest yet. By 2020, we'll be hitting £4 billion in revenue. We'll have brought in 5,000 more people. And we'll have launched a further four brand new product categories.
You’ll drive sales growth across your region. This means you’ll build relationships with store managers and identify new business opportunities. Responsible for increasing brand awareness, you’ll carry out product training in-store and ensure Dyson products are displayed to the standards we expect. You’ll also inspire your team to do better. Coaching and mentoring will be part of that, as will resolving any people issues as they arise. And then you’ll share your region’s successes and learnings to help support the national customer management team. In short, you’ll do everything you can to build on our success.
This role will cover the following postcodes; MK, HP, NN, CV, AL, SG
You’re already a retail professional. And, ideally, you’ve got direct experience of working in a premium retail environment, putting customer experience at the heart of what you do. So, you’ve got good people management skills, are sales-driven and always have your customer in mind. But you’re looking for a greater challenge. You’re commercially astute, analytical, are used to working to targets and a great communicator. You’re also willing to get up-to-speed with our products as quickly as you can. What’s more your creativity matches your proactivity, as you only see solutions, not problems. As a retail, field-based role, flexibility will be essential as you will need to work some evenings and weekends. A full, clean driving licence is also needed.
