Dyson has ambitious expansion plans for its digital platform in 2017 and beyond. As the Ecommerce Manager - Ireland you will have day-to-day accountability of the Dyson.ie customer journey, whilst helping shape Dyson's digital vision for Ireland.
Dyson is rapidly expanding; in its new and core categories, and across all of its global markets. The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet. By 2020, we'll be hitting £4 billion in revenue. We'll have brought in 5,000 more people. And we'll have launched a further four brand new product categories. With this pace of growth, these ambitious plans, and the complexities of global expansion, it is natural that Dyson is now thinking about the best ways to organise itself and manage its exciting new product ranges to best effect.
The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet. We have huge growth plans for our ecommerce platform where our teams will be responsible for creating a seamless and consistent Dyson Experience to capture the hearts and minds of our owners. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate creativity and free thinking, who knows how to use an ecommerce platform to educate and excite people about our technology and our machines.
You will be a major part in delivering the ecommerce plan for Dyson’s direct-to-consumer platform. As the Ecommerce Manager – Ireland, you will have accountability for achieving the online sales performance, average order value and traffic generation for Dyson.ie. You will use data and insights to develop and support initiatives that will aid and support the growth of Dyson.ie, as well as report weekly on the performance of the site. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and grow future talent.
A natural collaborator, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to identify and explore new opportunities to grow traffic to Dyson.ie, as well as plan online investments and the utilisation of CRM. With an eye for detail, you will ensure on time, flawless execution of all content and experiences on Dyson.ie. You will take ownership of stock management and sell-through management, as well as the volume forecasting and planning. You will continuously look to improve the online customer journey through the use of analytics and the testing of new initiatives.
