Your role as Retail Marketing Manager is to set the agenda and deliver an excellent customer experience across all customer touchpoints within strategic retail partners for Dyson. You will also actively manage and lead the sales/marketing interface for the Benelux business across all internal and external stakeholders.
Dyson has big ambitions for the Benelux markets (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) with aggressive growth and business model plans, with marketing at its center. The planning and execution of world class marketing plans to reach more audiences with the right technology will be critical in delivering our stretching targets over the coming years.
As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of both short and long term retail strategies and plans for the Benelux market. You will be responsible for communicating the marketing strategy to both our retailer partners, as well as internal Dyson stakeholders. As the Retail Marketing Manager your plans will include all elements of the shopper journey from in-store through to retailer website, along with CRM, social and affiliate programmes. A key part of your role is to work closely with the Dyson sales team to plan and produce retailer focused joint business plans.
We are looking for a proven Retail Marketing Manager with a demonstrable track record of success. You will be passionate about customer engagement, as well as demonstrating a passion for retail and delivering clear and compelling messages to your customer. As a natural networker, you will build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all Dyson functions. You will also have proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both your direct reports and wider Dyson functions. You will be fluent in business level Dutch, and a degree in marketing or a related business subject is desired.
