Function Overview

Dyson currently has five main areas of technology - Floorcare, Environmental Control, Hair Care, Airblade™ hand dryers and lighting - and is sold in more than 75 countries. We have committed a $3 billion investment in future technology and will develop four new portfolios of technology in the next four years.

Accountabilities

This role will be expected to work a shift – 8:30-4:30 and 8:00-4:30 every other week (with an early finish on the Friday of those weeks).

 

You will be located in Brampton (with a move to a Mississauga location in mid-2018),


  • Break down/separate/palletize return units 

  • Process consumer and retail return/exchange orders in SAP

  • Receive and document exchange orders, communicate with customer care team on an issue orders

  • Prepare and upload files to SAP , reconcile to ensure accuracy

  • Cycle counting

  • Respond to inquiries from our Customer Care/order management team and retailers (if applicable) on tracking of returns, other return-related information requests.

  • Respond to customer care emails regarding exchange orders

  • Respond to email/phone requests for Return authorizations

  • Communicate with account managers on returns that require authorization

  • Maintain proper update and filing of department paperwork

  • Explore areas for new and improved processes; promote and demonstrate innovation and creativity to work process and problem solving.

Skills

A dynamic, enthusiastic and collaborative professional who –

  • 1-2 years Receiving /Warehouse experience
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service and order entry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office software required
  • SAP experience a strong asset
  • EDI experience not necessary but an asset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and join in an active, high energy and high performing team
  • Ability to handle daily data entries accurately and
    efficiently.
