The program will start in our Australian Headquarters in Sydney, with an opportunity for international rotational placement in another Dyson market across the globe. With mentoring from our Australian Leadership Team and executives in APAC, Dyson Graduates will make an important contribution to our commercial functions (including marketing, finance and sales) while being challenged with high-profile projects crucial to the future of the business.

Function Overview

We work with a number of retailers but some of the key retailers that our sales team work with include, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Myer, David Jones, JB Hi-Fi. To support our in store presence we have Team Dyson, our team of Demonstrators that demonstrate and sell in a number of retailers that sell Dyson products.


The Sales Graduate role starts at our Sydney office and has the potential for a global placement within the two year program. The program will throw you into the real world with exciting and varied roles, as well as enriching you with the expert skills and knowledge required to become a well-rounded Sales person.

In this role you will: 
  • Get hands on and solve problems from the beginning 
  • Take on a key role within the sales function and work on high profile projects 
  • Have the opportunity to work across Field Sales, Account Management, Retail and Digital Sales
And you will have support and coaching from our sales team to help you shape a long term career within a market leading global technology company.


We are looking for internationally mobile, independent thinkers, able to identify, own and drive opportunities. People who aren’t afraid of challenges and learn from failures. Projects will have real responsibility and high expectations so you will need to be able to:

Eligibility for Sales Graduate Program
In order to qualify you will need to demonstrate the following: 
  • You must have full work rights for Australia (PR or AU Citizen) 
  • You must have a WAM of 65 or higher (Credit Average or above) 
  • You must be available to commence work with Dyson February 2018 
  • Sales Graduates must have a current drivers licence
