Senior eCommerce Manager - Direct Sales France

We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to manage the performance of the Dyson consumer business for France through our direct channels (online and physical retail).
This includes ensuring a smooth in-store product launches, planning successful promotions at the right time, and by taking ownership of the inventory planning and forecasting, all following from your sound data analysis and reporting.
This role is based out of our Central Paris office.
France was one of Dyson’s first markets outside the UK. And thanks to resourceful marketing and PR, we quickly became a household name across the country.

The role is split into four main areas:
- Business planning
- Sales Planning and stock coverage
- Managing Direct Channels (online and physical)
- Reporting and Analysis
You will be responsible for continuous optimisation of the direct merchandising plans and managing a successful sales calendar execution – across all channels. You will closely monitor stock and sell through, and updates inventory so we’re never out of stock. Selecting the right product range in alignment with marketing, manage and update product SKU info. Your insights into which products perform well, and which don’t, lead you to decide what next step to take, and you’ll take ownership in implementing these changes successfully end to end.
You’re commercially switched on, and you’ll either come from a similar role, or you could come from a project management, account management or sales management role within retail.
What’s important is that you’re a self-starter with strong marketing and planning skills, who can take complex information/data and translate that into insights that will have far-reaching impact on our direct-to-consumer business. Great communication skills – written and verbal – in English and French are essential.
