Description and Requirements

This Senior Global Retail Implementation Manager is key to the consistent and continuous high level roll-out of Dyson Demo stores. Collaborating with internal, external and market stakeholders,you are tasked with bringing retail briefs to life. This includes new stores, store refurbishment,updates and maintenance, and new product launches.

Market Overview:

Dyson HQ is home to over 3,500 people who work across a medley of engineering and commercial functions. The award-winning campus has three cafes, a sports centre and a number of engineering icons including our Harrier and Lightning jets – one of which hangs from the ceiling of our café. Based in Malmesbury, the campus is within easy reach of both the Cotswolds and cities like Bath and Bristol along the M4 corridor.

Function Overview:

The Retail and Events Team are responsible for bringing our engineering, technology and products to life through our in-store and events environment. We are a diverse team of specialists including designers, retail marketing, implementation and production managers that work with our commercial teams and global markets to deliver excellence within the Dyson retail environment.   


  • As the Senior Global Retail Implementation Manager your role is to ensure the consistent and continuous high level roll out of Dyson Demo stores
  • Collaborating with internal, external and market stakeholders, you will be tasked with bringing retail briefs to life across the Dyson retail estate. This includes; new stores, store refurbishment, updates, and maintenance and new product launches
  • You will act as the glue between the Dyson in-market retail teams and the internal matrix structure including; design, development, production, retail, and marketing
  • To bring all these teams together, you will need strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a broad range of regions and experience levels


  • As an expert in your field, you will have previous experience delivering retail systems or retail spaces and fixtures as part of an in-house or third party team. This experience would ideally come with an international scope
  • You will have Project Management experience and a proven ability to run multiple projects concurrently to time and budget
  • As a retail specialist, you will have experience with reviewing retail construction and fixture drawings, as well as having an appreciation of materials and production methods
  • You’ll also have extensive experience working with 3rd party contractors, and have an understanding of how to partner and drive their performance
  • You’ll have the ability to partner with stakeholders across all levels of seniority and geography
  • With an analytical mind, you will have strong reporting capability focusing on cost, risk, and  progress
  • As this is a role with global scope, you will need to be able to travel internationally
