As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to – and deliver – the strategies that will keep our floorcare category ahead of the competition. Strategies that will play a big part in our ambitious growth plans for the Benelux markets.
Dyson is rapidly expanding; in its new and core categories, and across all of its global markets. The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet. By 2020, we'll be hitting £4 billion in revenue. We'll have brought in 5,000 more people. And we'll have launched a further four brand new product categories. The Marketing Team is responsible for bringing our engineering, technology and products to life through our retail partnerships; increasing brand awareness, brand advocacy and engaging consumers.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll plan and execute the kind of world-class marketing plans that will deliver against our goals. Taking ownership of a category, you’ll use every technical advance possible to maximise reach and optimise sales. You’ll work across the business to understand our customers and our products to create innovative commercial and marketing strategies for your category. You’ll also connect with other marketers to make the most of every opportunity, leaving no stone unturned.
You’ve got significant product or brand management experience, so you’re used to bringing new products and categories to market with confidence. You have an enviable knowledge of both traditional and digital media. You also know how to get the most out of cross-functional teams to deliver results. You’re as strong a strategic thinker as you are a project manager. And your analytical, communication – verbal and written – and influencing skills are second-to-none. You’re someone who inspires those around you, as you can articulate your vision clearly; you then work tirelessly to see it’s carried out to your own high standards. And ours.
