A SharePoint Developer is required to help build and support SharePoint 2013 within Dyson. SharePoint 2013 has been in place at Dyson since 2013 and the successful applicant will have an influential role in driving the solution towards technical excellence and implementation of Best Practice.
Home to our global Research, Design and Development centre and all of our Commercial functions, Dyson HQ is tucked away in countryside famous for the railway tunnels and bridges of Isambard Brunel, who revolutionised modern engineering. Our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the fashionable cities of Bristol and Bath (where a young James Dyson invented cyclone technology).
The building is the heartbeat of Dyson. Over 1,500 people, including James himself, spend their days strategizing, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world. From 2016, our HQ will begin doubling its footprint with an ambitious new expansion.

We're looking for a SharePoint Developer to join a team that develops solutions on Dyson’s SharePoint 2013 and Project Server 2013 environments. The successful candidate will be working with the Collaboration Business Analysts to design, deliver and deploy excellent solutions.
The solutions will vary in size from small sites and projects, up to large scale enterprise projects. The role will work on multiple projects at any one time, so you'll need to be able to multitask.
Reporting to the IM Technical Lead the role will be working closely with the other SharePoint Developers and Administrators, the Collaboration Business Analyst team as well as other experts from the Dyson WINTEL/Network/SQL enterprise teams.
It would be desirable for you to have an understanding of SharePoint 2016’s new features and functionality, Project Server 2013/16, AvePoint’s DocAve solution and Nintex workflows.
