Reporting to the Head of Global Executive Search, the Executive Search Partner will be pivotal to our search process by running end to end executive hiring - briefing meetings, sourcing and following through to interviewing, process co-ordination and negotiation of offer.

Working in a close and collaborative team, you'll be expected to proactively promote a positive presence in the executive talent space, representing Dyson to an exceptional standard externally, whilst keeping up to date with market trends.
You will be accountable for taking a creative approach to mapping, sourcing and research associated with reaching out to often hard to find external executive level talent.
You will have the opportunity to build relationships with senior stakeholders to identify Executive level talent to grow their business areas.
You will have a strong track record of success in an executive research environment, ideally having honed these skills in a well-respected Executive Search firm or an in-house team. You will know how to locate and engage with high-performance and high-potential senior level talent and be able to talk confidently about those people with senior stakeholders. You will need to be a passionate self-starter, driven to make things happen across borders and within a complex matrix structure.
