Talent Acquisition Manager - Engineering / Technology
Up to £100,000/annum + bonus + benefits
Reporting to the Head of International Talent Acquisition in the UK, the Talent Acquisition Lead (RDD) will provide functional leadership for the research, design and development (RDD) recruitment team in the UK.

Working proactively, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies to deliver on the RDD manpower requirements within budget. Utilising innovative sourcing channels and a newly established employer brand, we need to build upon Dyson as an employer of choice for future skills within the global technology market. You will act as a knowledgeable and credible interface for all RDD recruitment matters, working closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors to build strategic relationships to ensure that the highest hiring standards are met and the greatest talent is found to help achieve our business goals; more people, more markets, more machines. Recruitment processes, policies and toolkits need to be constantly reviewed to ensure that our talent acquisition approach is keeping up with the dynamic world of technology. Alongside this, the creation of robust and diverse talent pipelines to support our current and future hiring needs.
First you will have a strong track record of success in a fast moving in-house recruitment function within an transformational engineering / technology organisation, growing at pace. You will know how to connect with, attract and engage talented individuals who are challenging the boundaries of technology. They will be smart. Dyson people are smart. You will need to be a passionate self-starter, driven to make things happen across borders within a complex matrix organisation. You will have an ability to influence at the highest levels through clear, informed and logical argument and discussion (tempered by a sense of humour).
