Talent Acquisition Partner (Connected Technologies - Contract role)

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide support over a 4/5 month period in delivering talented tech professionals into our Connected Technologies business.
There was a time in our history when all people knew Dyson for was vacuums. But what began with one man and one idea inside a coach house in Wiltshire, has since transformed into an 8,000-strong global technology company spanning multiple product categories and more than 70 countries around the world.
But the transformation of Dyson is far from over. Our technology pipeline stretches 25 years into the future, and will see more new product categories emerge – four by 2020 alone. Dyson’s place in the connected world sits at the heart of our strategy – our future is increasingly centered on digital technologies that are intelligent and connected. We have made our first steps into this world with Dyson 360 eye™ robot and Dyson Pure™ Cool Link™. Critical to this transformation and growth agenda is our Talent Acquisition team.
Talent Acquisition is central to Dyson's growth plans. We are doubling our headcount at our Global Head Quarters in Malmesbury to 5000 people by 2020. We need a talented Recruiter to use their networks and proven direct sourcing ability to identify talent and work toward positioning Dyson as a destination employer for Technology professionals.
A strong relationship builder you will fast become a credible recruitment partner to our rapidly growing Connected Technologies business, being known as a recruitment expert. Comfortable working with technical roles, you will be highly organised with excellent time management skills. A proactive and solution focused individual, you will use your creativity to unlock pools of talent and build a pipeline of engaged and talented individuals within the mobile app development community.
Passionate about Technology recruitment with a proven ability to find and identify niche talent, you will have experience in direct sourcing and will already have an established network of candidates. Experience in recruiting mobile app, cloud and related technical roles is essential as is a strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team as we continue to evolve our recruitment offering.
