Reporting to the Head of Global Executive Search, the Executive Researcher will be pivotal to our search process by actively contributing to executive level briefing meetings, providing mapping, sourcing and research and sharing candidate intel associated with executive level talent engagement.

Accountabilities

Working in a close and collaborative team, you'll be expected to proactively promote a positive presence in the executive talent space, representing Dyson to an exceptional standard externally, whilst keeping up to date with market trends.

You will be accountable for taking a creative approach to mapping, sourcing and research associated with reaching out to often hard to find external executive level talent.  You will ensure high quality, targeted research approach is provided in line with agreed KPIs.

You will have the opportunity to hone your research skills and build relationships working across functions, managing senior stakeholders and advising on candidate availability across markets and business areas.

Skills

You will have a strong track record of success in an executive research environment, ideally having honed these skills in a well-respected Executive Search firm.  You will know how to locate and engage with high-performance and high-potential senior level talent and be able to talk confidently about those people with senior stakeholders.  Dyson people are smart, so you will need to be too.  Things get done at Dyson through relationships and team work, not hierarchies. You will need to be a passionate self-starter, driven to make things happen across borders and within a complex matrix structure.  We are a fast paced and often ambiguous environment, so you will need to be able to navigate and thrive in that.
