Talent Acquisition Partner - Automotive
Competitive plus benefits
Dyson are expanding its in-house Talent Acquisition team. Focusing specifically on automotive we’re looking for a Recruiter to proactively recruit into our Research, Design and Development division based in Malmesbury. You’ll be responsible for directly sourcing global engineering & commercial talent through end to end management of candidates whilst closely partnering with this rapidly expanding part of our business.
We’re Dyson, a global technology enterprise. For over 25 years we’ve been finding new ways to solve real-world problems. From vacuum cleaners with revolutionary cyclone technology to the hairdryer, re-thought. We solve the problems others ignore. Our global headquarters, home to our first R&D centre, is located in the Cotswolds where the Dyson story began. Now from San Francisco to Shanghai we’re over 10,000 people strong. With interests in artificial intelligence, machine learning, haircare and much more. And following our recent announcement into electric vehicles, there has never been a more exciting time to join Dyson.
It has remained Dyson’s ambition to solve the problem of vehicle pollution for nearly 30 years. Now we finally have the opportunity to bring all our technologies together into a single product. Rather than filtering emissions at the exhaust pipe, today we have the ability to solve it at the source. We’ve begun work on a battery electric vehicle, due to launch in 2020.
