Description

At Dyson you can make a difference. Supporting our Graduates and Interns as they join; this role is pivotal in providing a first class experience

This is a new role, reporting into the Global Early Careers Manager; created to support the Development activities we run for our c.500 Graduates and interns globally each year. Based in our Global HQ in Malmesbury, and focusing mainly on UK activities, you’ll be part of a Global Talent Development team, working closely with specialists in Early Careers Talent Acquisition, HR and Operations.

Market Overview

Home to our global Research, Design and Development centre and all of our Commercial functions, Dyson HQ is tucked away in countryside famous for the railway tunnels and bridges of Isambard Brunel, who revolutionised modern engineering. Our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the fashionable cities of Bristol and Bath (where a young James Dyson invented cyclone technology).

The building is the heartbeat of Dyson. Over 2,000 people, including James himself, spend their days strategising, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world.

Function Overview

At Dyson you can make a difference. Supporting our Graduates and Interns as they join; this role is pivotal in providing a first class experience

Dyson’s success is all about its people. To help meet ambitious growth, we’ve doubled our intake numbers and range of opportunities on offer for high calibre graduates and interns across the world. The programmes we offer are as disruptive as our products, and we pride ourselves in providing unique opportunities for our graduates to develop their skills on the job and reach their potential. No two days are the same and we take risks to accelerate early talent into senior roles. This role is a great stepping stone for someone who is looking to get experience within talent development and early careers, should you want it, and will provide opportunities to get involved in a variety of experiences over and above the day job.
