As a Unified Communications Specialist you will be responsible for management and administration of global unified communications systems and platforms and defining the global processes, best practice & configuration of all related technologies, devices and services.
You will drive simplicity in communication & collaboration across the business and enable people to exchange ideas and do their jobs more effectively wherever they are and work closely with internal business units to deliver communication strategies that meets the business need.
You as a specialist will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business including Audio, Enterprise Voice & Dial-In Conferencing and Avaya Communication Manager telephony Inc. contact center features & Modular Messaging voicemail. You will demonstrate a passion and proven background in providing world class customer service and managing relationships and commercial experience with Microsoft Surface Hubs.
It would be desirable if you have experience with AirWatch Mobile Device Management & implementation and avaya adjunct applications including Call Management System, System Manager, Session Manager, Session Border Controller, Application Enablement Services
