The User Experience team are experts in digital UX best practice and combine this with a deep understanding of business operations and back office systems. They use this expertise to work with creative and marketing teams to define new requirements and bring them to life with their colleagues in Digital IT.

The role will see you responsible for core User experienced design where you will work with creative and marketing teams to define requirements for enhancements and new digital capabilities to deliver desired business outcomes and realise benefits. You will be seen to advise on considerations and constraints of underlying business operations and systems in creating the UX and functional requirements and will create wireframes and functional specification documents and working with Production Manager / Project Manager to secure approval from stakeholders. You will also support the Development process, Project planning and management and testing
As a User Experience Analyst you will be passionate about all things UX, you will display a commercial background in delivery experience in medium sized projects (£250k+) in B2C websites, Identifying areas for improvement and being able to challenge this and Ecommerce UX best practice expertise. A background in a consumer goods company that sell and ship physical goods would be extremely advantageous along with experience of delivering changes with a digital solution that is highly integrated with customer service and back office systems.
You will be motivated by improving business processes and be determined to identify solutions and prepared to overcome obstacles to follow through plans to completion; focussed on delivery.
