To respond to all types of customer correspondence, providing effective and timely Customer Service whilst protecting the interest of the business. To demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to ensure that quality customer service is delivered and Owner Support Team targets are achieved and exceeded.

You will be resolving customer queries from a variety of communication channels, including emails, letters and over the phone. You will take the opportunity to promote Dyson products and services, while monitoring and carrying out a vast array of other tasks and ad hoc duties.
You’ll pro-actively report any trends or issues to the Owner Support Team Manager; communicating new ideas and information to the team where necessary.
Your daily routine will also include recording your personal statistics and correspondence, as well as running various reports to the Management team, including any statistical reports where needed.
Additionally, you’ll have the chance to perform extra tasks and take on extra responsibilities which fall broadly into the purpose of the role, and take ownership of your own personal development.
You should have exceptional self-management skills and be comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.
