Description and Requirements

The eCommerce Executive will work collaboratively with the E-Commerce Manger to support and execute the Dyson Direct strategy for ANZ.

Market Overview:

Function Overview:

The role will be responsible for supporting the Digital, Sales and eCommerce functions of Dyson ANZ, you will work closely with our Web Content Administrator and Acquisitions Manager with activities such as product setup, data feeds, Google shopping, reviews and SEO.

Accountabilities:

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Sales and Forecasting  - Analysing trading behaviour including sales and promotional activity and reporting back to the business
  • eCommerce shop maintenance (Magento) and executions (such as promotions, merchandising and promo code generation) 
  • Being a key contact for Magento 
  • Stock management and control – Working with Demand and Logistics teams to ensure our Online store always has stock 
  • End to end management of Dyson Direct campaigns. Collaborating with internal teams to plan and deliver campaigns. 
  • Reporting and analysis of performance within Direct channel
  • Collaborate and support internal teams to help plan, manage and deliver strategy

You should also be able to demonstrate: 
  • Proven experience in a Digital/marketing role • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous 
  • Strong understanding of CMS/Ecommerce platforms
  • Adobe Photoshop experience 
  • Languages: HTML/CSS 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
