Accountabilities:

- Graduates will have the flexibility to rotate among different functions within Ecommerce & Digital Marketing department, and then commit to a professional direction later.

- Basing on the specific roles you are assigned to, your roles and responsibilities will vary:

- In ecommerce team, graduates need to contribute and achieve sales target, take up jobs including sales plan execution, account management, account relationship management, and store front management.

- In digital marketing team, graduates will have chance to work in ecommerce marketing or brand digital marketing.

-  In the ecommerce marketing team, graduates need to learn Tmall and JD.com eco-system create campaigns ideas that can convert visitors into Dyson shoppers, and manage performance media to deliver high return. In brand digital marketing, graduates need to learn the entire China digital landscape, execute campaign ideas across search engine, social media, popular apps, online KOLs & celebrities.

- In CRM team, graduates will join the design and execution of different CRM campaigns, design communication messages, segment shopper database, development interactive engagement, and track program effectiveness.

- In digital analytics team, graduates will first receive professional training on analytical tools, methodologies, and business significance. Then they need to discover valuable data points, invent smart ways to collect and structure data, then perform analysis and provide sharp findings and insights that business functions can take actions. And last, track and measure effectiveness of sales and marketing activities for next round improvement.
